Registration to class Nursery is done in January - March every year as per the Principal's Circular.
Kindly note that registration does not guarantee for Child's admission. Admission will be based on availability of seats.
The basic Age eligibility for admission to class Nursery is 03 years as on 31st March of the concerned academic year. Parent has to Submit the application form along with the Birth Certificate, Aadhar Card of the Child and Parents, Two passport size photos of the child and parents are mandatory.
New admission to other classes will be taken subject to the vacancies in each class in the month of March. Students who seek admission to classes other than Nursery in this school are required to submit their date of birth certificate in addition to their school leaving certificate issued by their previous school showing their name and date of birth.
Fee instalments must be paid on or before the due date at the local designated branch of Federal Bank and The Fatehgarh Sahib Central Co-Operative Bank Ltd. through the fee booklet issued at the time of admission. Tuition fee can also be paid for the whole year in April.
1. A clear one month’s notice has to be given when a student has to be withdrawn.
2. In case of withdrawal, transfer certificate will be released on clearance of the school dues.
3. For withdrawal in the month of April, application should be submitted before 30th of April otherwise fee for next month that is May will be charged.
4. Advance fee, if paid, will be refunded as per management's decision in case the child withdraws his/her name from the school.
